Matyáš Havrda

Matyáš Havrda, Ph.D. (b. 1972)

My main line of interest lies with epistemological issues in post-Hellenistic (Christian, medical, and Aristotelian) philosophy; I also do research on ancient ethics, psychology, and medical physiology. My present project deals with Galen and the reception history of Aristotle's theory of proof. I am also involved in the Czech translation of Aristotle's Nicomachean ethics.
